During the five weeks of my solo show at the ArtCentre of Plano, we will be collecting gift cards for The Samaritan Inn of Collin County.
This organization serves over 100,000 meals a year, houses close to 500 people, a quarter of those being children, and is the largest comprehensive homeless shelter in the county. It's easy to think that a prosperous area wouldn't need help, but times can change for families at the drop of a hat.
They partner with Walmart and Target to give the residents dignity getting items they need, so grab some gift cards and put them in the box at the desk on your way in to the ArtCentre of Plano.
October 17th from 5-7pm we will present those cards to The Samaritan Inn and hear about what they are doing for this community...with wine and cheese of course!

I’m always honored to collaborate with the Chases Place artists to finish a painting started by students in their amazing school. I do my best to honor and keep as much of the original under painting to bring out the special work artists…in this case Sarah, Arnav, Nate and Myles worked on together! The many works will be auctioned off at their annual gala February 17th. Online bidding will be available as well.

Honored my work, American Dirt has been selected to be part of the Galleriumart, Migration juried exhibition taking place online, February 1st to March 3rd, 2022.
